Cucumber
Cucumis sativus and related varieties (and some not related but somehow similar species) make up what we call cucumbers. Cucumbers tend to have male and female flowers, which means one plant can pollinate itself. They also cross pollinate easily, so be aware of what else is growing nearby if you plan to save seeds!
Most cucumbers tend to be vining varieties, though there are some bush varieties available too. My collection includes both.
