Eggplant - Thai Lavender Frog Egg
I got these seeds in a trade. From Thailand, these little eggplants are versatile. Use them in stir fry, kebabs, green curry, ceviche, salsa, or raw in salads. Pick them when they're gumball or large marble sized. They do get seedy as they get bigger, so pick them early. They are lavender and white. If they start to go yellow, they're too ripe and you should use them for seed saving instead. Said to have a crunchy texture, Thai Lavender Frog Egg produces a plethora of produce. Pick often. The plants are fairly compact and tend to be as wide as they are tall (maybe about 2-feet).
