Pepper - Aji Llanero
I got these seeds from Bunny Hop Seeds. This variety is a Capsicum chinense that ripens red and is considered to be mild in both flavor and heat. Not considered a hot pepper, it seems it's not really considered a sweet pepper either. It's a wrinkled variety (though I think "pleated" might be a better descriptive word from the photos I've seen). These peppers get 3-4 inches long and are said to have a strong aroma, but a mild heat. Aji Llanero is said to be prolific in pepper production, with plants remaining only 2-3 feet tall, and the peppers are supposed to be great for cooking with.
I admittedly had trouble finding information on this variety in English. As of posting this (January, 2019) I can only find one commercial source in the US for Aji Llanero pepper seeds (which is currently out of stock).
