Pepper - Bacskai Feher
I got these seeds from Adaptive Seeds. A Capsicum annuum variety from Hungary, these peppers start white, then turn yellow to orange eventually maturing to red. They can be eaten at all stages, but are sweeter as they mature. Known for their high yield, these 3 foot tall plants produce peppers that are 2 inches wide and taper down to a curled tip. Use these for stuffing, roasting, frying, sauce, salsa, or fresh eating.
