Pepper - Bell of Lebanon
I got these seeds from PepperLover.com. Bell of Lebanon is a Capsicum Annuum with some pretty unique traits. It's a bell pepper, but it has thin walls and a stronger flavor than other bell peppers. It is highly recommended for use as a stuffing pepper and can be dried quickly to make a sweet chili when ground up.
I had some difficulty finding information on this variety. When they say it's a rare variety, this one seems to actually fit the bill. It looks like PepperLover may be the only commercial source in the US, and a Google search only pulled up one other store, which was lacking any useful description. Be wary when purchasing online. I did see a few non-commercial sources offering seeds labeled at Bell of Lebanon, but described as being thick walled and spicy - these are not Bell of Lebanon as per the description given by PepperLover.
I was unable to find information on days to maturity for this variety.
