Pepper - Bull Nose
I got these seeds in a trade, but the person I got them from got them from Terroir Seed. The Bull Nose pepper is a sweet bell type pepper. It's been around for quite a while and was grown by Thomas Jefferson. I'm not sure why that's of importance, but it seems to be a staple in every description I've found for this variety. Bull Nose was named after the blossom end resembling a bull's nose. It ripens from green to red and I have found a few references to the inner portions sometimes having a very mild heat, but this seems to be only when grown in certain climates. It is a Capsicum annuum.
