Pepper - Tequila Sunrise
I got these seeds from an online auction. Reading reviews it seems there can be some variations with the plants. I've found reports of anything from 18 to 38 inches tall (for the plants), and 4-7 inches long (for the peppers). This Capsicum annuum sweet pepper is considered an ornamental because the peppers start out pointing upwards. Some of the photos I've found seem to indicate that the weight of the peppers can bend them downwards as they mature. These peppers mature from dark green to carrot orange. They are good for frying or fresh using, but some reviewers complained of thick skins. Several reviewers and a few sales venues have commented that these peppers do need support due to the weight of their high yields.
