Pepper - Korean
I got these seeds from Adaptive Seeds. I had some trouble finding information on this one (as you can imagine using generic words like "Korean pepper"). This variety is shorter and wider than a cayenne pepper. If you are looking to make authentic kimchi or gochugaru or other Korean sauces, this is the pepper you need. The thin flesh dries easily in ristras and can be rough-ground into pepper flakes. This Capsicum annuum matures from green to red. They are a high yielding hot pepper.
